I have been answered those questions in several: 

1.     What worked well and why? in my opinion the best strategy that my mentor use is in starting the day she discuss about what they had and what they going to have different ways for the children.  
2.     What useful tips and strategies did you observe? the good strategies that i observed in my mentor's class that they have a good teaching for the children and they are well organized with planning every single day. 
3.     What strategies does the teacher use to manage the children and why? every child have a different behavior in every class so then she managed them by her ability.  
4.     Are there any children in the class with difficult or unusual behavior? How does the teacher deal with these children? if there are some unusual behavior she will send them to the social workers. 
5.     Overall, is the teacher more negative or positive when dealing with management issues? Why do you think that? no she don't .due to the teacher is so quite and  patient.

Activities In A Specialist Class -observation-

The Art Class 
The learners are doing an media arts for the national day
The activity that the learners were doing is called mix media art. They were working as a group. They were using a brush, board, water, plate, colors and tools to design the board. However, sometimes the teacher directed the lesson and sometimes the students who choose the activities.
