Different Learning Styles and Differentiation

General Observation 

Alya

1. The learner was doing a three activities. 
2. She was chatting with the other girls in her group.
3. She took around a period and a half to finish one activity and she didn't finish. 
4. Alya is joining the GYM activities during the break time. 
5. She seems to like talk and looking around during the day. 

Alya is a lovely girl and I have notice that she likes to talk more than work. I think the only reason that causing her to have trouble doing her work is having her friends in the same group. The only think that interested me is the way she talk and think. I learned that the learners are not in the same level of understanding. I think the best way ever to work with Alya is giving her a little bush. I don't mean the real bush, I meant giving her a little more home works and removing her from her friends. I didn't see any special strategies that the teacher gave to the student. She doesn't have a problem with focusing. I don't think she is from a special needs or she is a little slower than the others.

Shiakha 

1. The learner was doing a four activities. 
2. She was helping the other girls in her group and in the work time she worked hard.
3. She took around a fife minute to finish one activity and she went to the other one. 
4. Alya is joining the GYM activities and some times the national days celebrations during the break time. 
5. She seems to like be quite and helpful during the lessons. 

I have been notice that the child is smart. There is nothing related to the theories. I have been interested because the child was so smart and helpful. She was very fast than the others. She was doing her works quickly. I learned that the teacher keep making her busy and give her a lot of works. So, she could improve her skills. She has no problem of focusing. She has a good talents because she have a good language and good abilities to do hard math equations. She is helping her classmate after she finish her works and she is a good listener that's make her succeed so well.
