    The Importance of Planning and Preparation

Planning and preparation for the learning is very important because the teacher will be able to teach and know what she is doing and moving step by step. I have to think about the different levels before I plan for the learning. In this day I have been observe the class and teacher and what they are doing. First of all, at the beginning the teacher took them to the lap. The student line up then they went to the science lap. And they took around 2 and 3 minute. After that the teacher gave them a test and the students took the test. However, most of them were late by giving back the test to the teacher and few of them finished early. And the test took 30m in general. After that they went back to the class. Then the teacher arranged them into the group to work on doing the books activities. And this took around 40m. After observing them I felt scared because it’s hard to plan for 50 students and care of each one and of their levels. Especially, when you are having big hole between them. For example, Ma’ap is the smarter girl and everybody else are having different learning problems. I learned that teacher could change her plane if there something went wrong.
