EVERY TEACHER HAVE THEIR OWN STRATEGY

                              Miss.Catherine strategies

The girls are doing their work as a group

I have learned a lot of things in class five-A and five-B. Everything at these two classes are very awesome. The girls are so smart but they have a bit of disruptive behaviors but I delight the way that Miss.Catherine deal with it. She is using class dojo to control the class. That thing really surprised me a lot. I shocked when I knew that she must mark the two classes homework everyday. I hate marking tests or homework that's why I get shocked. My mentor have a nice discipline strategy. For example, she is using class dojo for controlling the students and if the students still behaving bad she will send them to the principal of the school. Additionally, she is making the class as a groups of red, blue and green. The red one are the smarter and the green one are the so so one. Also, the blue one are the weakest. Although, they have different things to do. For example, the red group are making the harder questions and the blue one making the easiest questions. Finely, I do like the way she is teaching and controlling the class.

  1. That's interesting, Khuloud. Her strategy for using different tasks for different groups is called ... differentiation. It can help children to learn at the next stage of their ability
